1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Calivora Pro mobile application ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sharoidtech ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Calivora Pro.
2. Eligibility
- You must meet the minimum legal age requirement in your region to use the App.
- Minors below the applicable age of majority may use the App only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- The App should not be used to provide weight-loss, medical, or condition-based guidance to minors without supervision by a qualified medical or dietary professional.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at calivorapro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.
4. Accuracy of User Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and setting up your profile. Inaccurate profile data — including age, weight, height, health conditions, and fitness goals — may result in inaccurate nutritional recommendations, calorie targets, and wellness guidance. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your profile information.
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
• Calivora Pro is a wellness information application only. It is NOT a medical device, medical service, or healthcare provider.
• The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or prescriptions for any disease, disorder, condition, or symptom.
• Condition-specific modes (such as PCOS, diabetes support, thyroid management, hypertension management, or pregnancy mode) are general wellness guidance tools only. They are NOT medical management programmes and must NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical care.
• You must consult a qualified doctor, registered dietitian, or other licensed health professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise, supplement use, or health management — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medications, have known allergies or food intolerances, or are managing an eating disorder or body image concern.
• Calivora Pro expressly disclaims all responsibility for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on App content without professional supervision.
6. AI and Automated Output Disclaimer
- Calivora Pro uses AI-powered processing to generate food analysis, nutritional estimates, and meal suggestions.
- AI-generated outputs may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
- AI food identification is a best estimate based on visual or text input and is not a guaranteed accurate nutritional analysis.
- You must review and edit AI-generated food entries before saving them to your log.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose of any AI-generated output.
- Calivora Pro is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.
7. Food and Nutrition Estimate Disclaimer
- All nutritional values, calorie counts, macronutrient estimates, and micronutrient data shown in the App are estimates only.
- Nutritional values may vary significantly based on ingredients, portion sizes, preparation method, cooking technique, brand, regional variation, and individual food composition.
- Database nutritional values may not match the exact food you consumed.
- You are responsible for verifying food entries, ingredient accuracy, portion sizes, and allergen information before relying on them for dietary decisions.
- Calivora Pro is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from inaccurate nutritional estimates.
8. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all dietary, health, and wellness decisions you make based on information from the App.
- You must verify food entries, allergen information, ingredient lists, and portion sizes independently.
- You must consult qualified medical or dietary professionals for all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and significant dietary changes.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated food results before saving them.
- Calivora Pro is not liable for any decisions you make based on App content, AI outputs, or nutritional estimates.
9. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
- Certain features of the App require a paid Premium subscription.
- Subscription fees are charged to your designated payment method at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscription management, cancellation, and renewal settings are controlled through your device's app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Prices for subscriptions may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes before they take effect.
- Payment processing is handled by trusted payment processors. Calivora Pro does not store your full payment card details.
10. Free and Premium Features
Calivora Pro may offer both free and premium (paid) features. Free features may be subject to usage limits, advertisements, or reduced functionality. Premium features are available to active subscribers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from free or premium tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective platform's refund policies. Calivora Pro does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases made through these platforms. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests. 12. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Collect or harvest personal data about other users without their consent.
- Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content.
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services.
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials within the App.
13. Prohibited Use
- Abusing or attempting to exploit AI features beyond their intended purpose.
- Using the App to create or distribute harmful dietary advice to others.
- Uploading images or content that are illegal, explicit, defamatory, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to circumvent subscription payments or access paid features without authorisation.
- Using the App in a manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
14. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are owned by Sharoidtech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
- You retain ownership of content you create and submit (such as food notes and meal entries). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the App's services.
- Food images you submit for AI analysis are processed for that purpose. We do not claim ownership of your submitted images.
15. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or content. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
16. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.
- We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason, with or without notice.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from App downtime, service interruptions, or data unavailability.
17. Limitation of Liability
• Calivora Pro and Sharoidtech are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• We are not liable for any health outcome, physical harm, financial loss, or other consequence resulting from dietary, wellness, or health decisions made based on App content, AI outputs, or nutritional estimates.
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated food analysis, nutritional data, or meal recommendations.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.
18. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies.
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
- Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your region.
